When you’re managing 100+ SKUs across multiple product categories — extracts, flower, edibles, topicals — you need a packaging system that scales without breaking. Every label, every box, every pouch needs to meet OLCC compliance requirements while looking like it belongs to the same brand family. These systems were built to handle that complexity.
Buddies Brand — Full Packaging System
Designed and maintained the complete packaging system for Buddies Brand, encompassing cartridges, concentrates, flower, and edibles. The system included standardized dieline templates, a modular label architecture that accommodated strain-specific and batch-specific variable data, and clear regulatory compliance panels for OLCC requirements.
My Role: Lead production designer responsible for creating, updating, and managing all packaging files. Built template systems that allowed rapid SKU expansion while maintaining brand consistency and regulatory compliance.
