Flexible, brandable packaging templates for partners and retailers — maintaining production efficiency and regulatory compliance while giving each partner a unique presence on the shelf.
White label programs are a unique design challenge: you need to create packaging that’s generic enough to accommodate dozens of different partner brands, but polished enough that each version looks intentional and premium. These templates were built with modularity in mind — swappable brand zones, flexible color systems, and pre-approved compliance panels that speed up the approval process for new partners.

My Role: Designed the white label packaging template system, including dieline templates with designated partner branding zones, compliance panels, and production specifications. Managed the rollout of partner-specific versions, ensuring each met both brand standards and OLCC regulatory requirements.
